Awesome pair of Art Deco, maybe Hollywood Regency, side chairs by Crucible Products Corp. and attributed to David Weinstock. Black paint over cast aluminum and newly upholstered in a handsome black and beige animal print fabric. They are in ready-to-use condition. The upholstery is perfect. The black paint has a few little dings and nicks, but we like it that way and call it patina. Circa 1940s-1970s.
NOTE: We also have a matching square bench/ottoman listed in case you need all three. Just go to our storefront here to find it.

What’s better than Art Deco and animal print? Nothing! Unless it is Art Deco animal print chairs like this vintage pair from Crucible Products Corp. and attributed to David Weinstock. These chairs have a cast aluminum frame that has a black painted finish and upholstered seat and back. A great sturdy petite pair of side chairs that could be used anywhere. So lovely to view. We think, their gently curving back, cinched in waist, and flared legs make them look like they would be more at home on the fashion runway than around a table. Especially with that wonderful black and tan animal print fabric they are sporting. Maybe they need to be in your dressing room. Somehow, they give me the feeling they could almost take off walking on their own. A couple of us here at the shop think they are more Hollywood Regency than Art Deco. But who cares!? A rose is still a rose. Right? They’re fabulous and should be yours!
